This Cultural Mobility Flows Report presents data on the activities of the Mobility Information Points (MIPs), conducted between 1 January and 31 December 2024. MIPs are organisations that help artists and culture professionals with the administrative issues of cross-border mobility, through free information and consultation services. Key issues include visas, social insurance, taxes, and customs. MIPs are all members of On the Move.

Art-Mobility Austria (Austria) and touring artists (Germany) have developed this checklist. It primarily deals with the short-term planned mobility of artists, creatives and cultural workers between Germany and Austria as well as longer-term stays. It explains administrative procedures and regulations for cross-border work.
